Our last day of Blog Hopping with the Imaginisce Design Team!! We have had so much fun sharing each others creations.

Our Blog Hop Designer today is Pam Roat, she created this fun purse that any sweet girl would love!

This is what Pam had to say about her project.

For this project I used kraft paper and chipboard to create the book. I used the Imaginisce line, Sole Sisters, of paper, die cuts and stickers. I also added the Canvas Corp paper, red & white harlequin, black & white harlequin, red & white dots, black & white dots, and the black & white cow. For the picture mats I used sky blue, white and green cardstock also from Canvas Corp. I absolutely love the paper lines from both companies! I thought they went so well together. I also used beads and wire to make the handle.

Keri, from Signed Sealed Delivered, made this project using the 7Gypsies tray as a base for

bringing her Imaginisce and Canvas Corp products to life.

Here is what she had to say about her project:

The “Soul Sister” Collection by Imaginisce is a perfect opportunity to combine two of my favorite things: my big sister and shoes! I combined the the double sided “Soul Sister” papers with Canvas Corp’s Red Dot Mini Reverse, Black and White Diamond, and Maize and Fairway cardstock to fill the backgrounds of the 12 spots of a white 7 Gypsies Artist’s Tray. The 2×2 stretched Canvas is an easy way to add dimension in a small space and by simply adding a chipboard shoe, a couple of canvas stickers and 3 iRock Metal Embellishments, it’s also very quick. The Canvas Corp heart is stamped with the Imaginisce flower using Stazon Jet Black ink, filled in using a small paint brush and Tattered Angels Glaze and Mist, and topped with white enamel by Ranger. The rest is all about layering “Soul Sister” chipboard and dimensional stickers and rag tying the metal handle with coordinating ribbons. Add some fabulous pics of my sis and me and, of course, our favorite shoes and you have the perfect gift for the shoe lover in you life.

I had the pleasure of receiving the Sole Sisters product line to make this project combining with our products.

When I saw the papers with the shoes and purses, I thought I just had to make a mini album and something that a girl would put up in her room as a decoration.

This is a Canvas Corp 8″x10″ chunky stretched canvas turn on the back side to make a shadow box feel.

Here is a view of the side to see the thickness of the stretched canvas. It can stand on its own or be easily hung on the wall.

I cut strips of the paper to cover all of the edges of the canvas and a piece of the patterned paper to fit inside the “shadow box”. I also used a Canvas Corp black fabric flower as an embellishment, which was easy to fill the middle with a canvas mini shape and the Imaginisce thick stickers layered on top of each other.

To make the mini album, I cut 4″x12″ strips of paper and layered them into each other. I wrapped some Canvas Corp twine several times on the edge of the album.

An amazing technique that I just learned the other day was to dip these crystals by, 7Gypsies, in to Tattered Angels Stained Glass medium. You just dip it into the stained glass liquid several times to get the desired color. The crystals were clear with I started with them. Love it!
